Yes, we do ship internationally, from the north to the south of Europe, and we even have pedestals shipped to Iceland in the past! The shipping fee may vary depending on your location.

Our adaptor plates are especially made for the charging station mentioned. If you would like to mount another charging station, please get in touch with us to discuss the possibilities.
We can create custom products, and thus can offer custom colours. Please note additional charges will occur, depending on the colour, and production time is 3 - 4 weeks. Get in touch to discuss possibilities.
Yes, our adaptor plates fit on the universal charging pole. Only our solution for Alfen Double and Wallbox products are an exception.

Exchange & Returns
Although our products are packed in a custom made packaging with good protection, unfortunately sometimes our products get damaged in transport. Please get in touch through our helpdesk and send us pictures of the shipping label, the damaged packaging and the damaged product so we can start an investigation at the courier. We will replace your damaged product with a new one.
Orders can be returned to our return service within 30 days after purchase, in it's original packaging. They will be refunded when they arrive undamaged. Please get in touch in advance returning in order for your return to be processed.
We offer a 2 year guarantee on our products, for fabrication faults which are not a result of unusual usage or installation.
